OKFConverter is being built around browser-first conversion, no document-body analytics, and explicit no-retention handling before private upload workflows grow.
The URL converter fetches public pages or sitemaps on the server to avoid browser CORS failures. It is intended for public crawlable content.
Future private uploads should auto-delete temporary files, avoid logging document bodies, and offer no-retention mode for paid/private workflows.
Product analytics use random browser and session identifiers to count visits and product activity. For uploaded files, the service stores file names, counts, sizes, source type, and readiness score for admin follow-up, but not file bodies. Report requests store the provided email address and generated readiness report so the request can be fulfilled.
Contact form details are stored securely for review and follow-up. They are not sent through third-party email automation or automatically added to a marketing list.
